Formula (FIS ICR Art. 641):
Rx = ((Tx − Tr) / Tr) × F + Penalty
Penalty = (A + B − C) / 10 (FIS ICR Art. 641.3), where A = sum of FIS list pts of the 5 best-listed top-10 finishers, B = sum of FIS list pts of the 5 best-listed starters (incl. DNF), C = sum of race points of those same 5 finishers. For Official results the penalty equals the winner's FIS race points.
